Joy Jang, PT, PhD
Joy Jang is a clinician, educator, and researcher currently working as a Pelvic Health Rehabilitation Specialist in the United States. She completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Daejeon University in Korea and then worked as a University Assistant at her alma mater for two years. In 2016, she moved to the United States to pursue a postdoctoral fellowship in Physical Therapy at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). She conducted research and clinical training in Women's Health/Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation during her fellowship.
Joy Chang is a Certified Female Pelvic Specialist (WCS) and has been practicing clinically at the Maine Medical Center in New York, Pennsylvania, where she specializes in treating patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. She is passionate about introducing world-class pelvic floor rehabilitation programs to Korea. She believes that patient-centered multidisciplinary pelvic floor rehabilitation and self-management models can help patients with pelvic floor disorders live healthy lives. She hopes to make a significant contribution towards achieving this goal.
Jihye Kim, PT, CEO
She is the CEO of Azur852, a women's hospital specialty company. She is an entrepreneur and pelvic floor rehabilitation clinician who introduced vaginal rehabilitation and prenatal and postnatal rehabilitation treatment programs to women's hospitals for the first time in Korea in 2018. She is leading the field of pelvic floor rehabilitation in Korea, including the launch of HealerY, a domestic Y-zone care brand, and a consulting business that assists female physical therapists in clinical practice by operating a medical postpartum care center.

Currently, in New York, Thierry W. Despont serves as an Associate Designer with expertise not only in architecture but also in the fields of gaming and medical design. With previous experiences at Peter Marino Architect and LEGO, he has built a strong professional background. Additionally, he has contributed to the education sector as an visting professor at Parsons and Pratt. Based on my diverse experience, I am interested in healthcare and believe I can contribute to design.
